This is designed to help you knowing whether you can build a multi unit (townhouses) on the lot (land, site) that you are about to purchase. It could be that you owned the site, and want to know whether you can put another unit to the back of the existing house.
This is what you will be advised on.

- Check planning overlay, zoning requirement
- Check restrictive covenants.
- Advice all required items for planning and building.
- The outcome maybe: a RED, NO GO, alternative solution, or a GREEN YES (good to go) advice.
- If a YES, Then, we will provide you a quote to prepare all the required steps.
Turn around time:
- generally within 24 hours after payment received
