Architect's statement:

We brought natural light inside the full length of this new section of the new work. It is a fantastic opportunity to provide this, especially for the health environment. 

The client never thought of that. It is our job as architects to give what they client need beyond the client's design brief and requirement. 

We were fortunate to receive council support to have this element continued out to the footpath, which was a great plus.
