Inspecting your House before you make the Final Payment to the Builder

A long wait is nearly over, the Builder is about to hand over the key to your brand new home. Well, he wants the Final Payment first of course. You are excited about moving in, buying furniture, large LCD, etc...

The Builder ask if you are happy with the built work, and so pay up, dude. You would want to inspect the finished work thoroughly wouldn't you? Yes is the right answer. The problem is you might not know what to look for! 

With this package, we inspect the house for you, and with you onsite, we tour the finished work together. Defect will be identify and shown to you. A written report will also highlighted these defect so that the Builder can fix it before you hand over the money to get the key.

We have been asked to do this often, we might consider increase our fee on this product soon!
