First, phone your local council
(List of local council)
and check if a
Planning Permit is required for your project.
If YES, please prepare the followings
before contacting us for an appointment.
- Certificate
of title (you can obtain this
online, or we can obtain it for you at cost plus $20 admin fee)
- Aerial photograph (if
available)
- Existing conditions photographs
(these can be printed, soft copies or emailed to us)
- Your design brief (your wish list, as
detailed as possible, we then help you fine tune it)
If NO, generally you will be required to
obtain a Building Permit. Then you will need the followings. For those
that require a Town Planning Permit, would need these once a Town
Planning Permit is received.
- All of the above, plus:
- Soil Test Report
- Architectural and structural
drawings of the existing building (if available)
- Your building consultants details
(if you would like to engage them. They can be Builders, Building
Surveyors, Land Surveyor, Engineers, Energy Raters, etc..., otherwise
we can recommend our consultants to you)
Please phone or
email us should you require further
assistance
