and check if a
Planning Permit is required for your project.
If YES, please prepare the followings
before contacting us for an appointment.
- Certificate
of title (you can obtain this
online, or we can obtain it for you for a $50 fee inclusive of gst)
- Your design brief
(your wish list, as
detailed as possible, we then help you fine tune it)
If NO, generally a Building Permit
is required on most building works.
- All of the above, plus:
- Your building consultants details
(if you would like us to engage them. They can be Builders, Building
Surveyors, Land Surveyor, Engineers, Energy Raters, etc..., otherwise
we can recommend a number of consultants to you)
