In most cases, you do not require a Planning Permit. Some change of use may require a Planning Permit, if unsure check with your local council (List of local council).

If you require a Planning Permit, see renovation for information require. Otherwise the following would help us get started.

  1. Your existing conditions photographs (these can be printed, soft copies or emailed to us)
  2. Your design brief  (your wish list, as detailed as possible, we then help you fine tune it)
